I could not belive how much chicken put in my bowl! Outstanding. Me and my cats had a good feed! Very fresh.
Teriyaki and orange chicken are not the same thing
I left 3 stars because I like the food and in store is ok but don?t bother with an online order. I show up when they say it will... be ready but it was not and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That?s all fine, it?s not really the employees fault but thenmy plate was supposed to have fried rice, orange chicken, and beef/broccoli. I ordered on Doordash and the dasher called me to explain them wasting my food in the bag and refusing to replace it while still... there. I honestly like Panda Express I?ll usually eat it twice a week but I won?t be dining here again because 1 customer?sexperience didn?t mean as much as less than $3 in food. I never go to this particular panda for customer service (which isusually basic/minimal)only because the food is as consistent as you would hope but that really shows me how little you guysvalue your customers if this is how we?re treated for YOUR mistake. I won?t have nice things to say about this panda becauseyour only positive just went out the window. I don?t usually write bad reviews but wow I?m just really taken back by thisexperience.
