I could not belive how much chicken put in my bowl! Outstanding. Me and my cats had a good feed! Very fresh.
Teriyaki and orange chicken are not the same thing
I left 3 stars because I like the food and in store is ok but don?t bother with an online order. I show up when they say it will... be ready but it was not and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That?s all fine, it?s not really the employees fault but thenmy plate was supposed to have fried rice, orange chicken, and beef/broccoli. The fried rice and orange chicken were good but nobeef/broccoli present. I got charged for a plate but only got a bowl worth of food. Read more
I ordered on Doordash and the dasher called me to explain them wasting my food in the bag and refusing to replace it while still... there. I honestly like Panda Express I?ll usually eat it twice a week but I won?t be dining here again because 1 customer?sexperience didn?t mean as much as less than $3 in food. I never go to this particular panda for customer service (which isusually basic/minimal)only because the food is as consistent as you would hope but that really shows me how little you guysvalue your customers if this is how we?re treated for YOUR mistake. I won?t have nice things to say about this panda becauseyour only positive just went out the window. I don?t usually write bad reviews but wow I?m just really taken back by thisexperience. No steak and I ordered the wok seared ?steak and shrimp? and my plate had no steak!! Definitely not recommend-10
It's a panda express. The food will taste exactly the same as any other PE. The only knock on this place would be that it is too... busy. The wait times are fairly long. Moreover, the utensil section is always lacking something and the restrooms are oftenunclean. I feel this place can use some better management. 7.12.19 update Placed online order to be completed by 5pm. Whenarrived at 5 the staff did not know about my order. They initiated on putting together the order. But they still needed twoprompts from me to continue/complete the order. When arrived at home with my order I saw that many of the cartons were around3/4 full. One was less than 1/2 full. I paid nearly 15dollars for that single order. Thus I am readjusting the rating of thislocation to 2/5 stars. I am certain that I'll go to another panda location for the next foreseeable future. Read more
Always great service and good food choice options. It is always packed with customers which is nice but it does get... inconvenient during high traffic, which is often. Also, the orange chicken is sometimes undercooked and does not come outcrunchy. Try and keep the sizes smaller. Overall, good value and taste. Read more
