First time customer and the pizza and cheese bread was awesome! ?
I?ve had nothing but good interactions with the owner and the pizza always tastes great. Papa John?s needs to keep the Shaq... pizza a regular item. That pizza conquered my two animal kids and now they?re recovering on the couch. Update Post MemorialDay 2022: I will never get pizza from this store again. App said pizza was ready for pickup while I was waiting in the store.When I go to register for my order the cashier tells me my pizza won?t be ready for another 15 minutes. I still don?t know ifthey ever made the pizza because my order went from 15 mins to 25 mins. Two employees working on a holiday and no sign stating?Help Wanted? so I?m not buying that excuse that there?s no help. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of chicken. I received all 3 pizzas damaged. I called the store before the driver even pulled off.... A gentleman by the name of Omar said he knew exactly what happened but couldn't do anything about it I would have to speak tothe owner Jason. After several phone calls and messages I was finally able to speak to Jason. He said he did not need picturesand that he would look into the matter and would call back. Days went by no call, so I called back today. I was told all hecould get is a credit. I advised I no longer want to order from Papa John's and would like a refund. Ordered the extra large and paid for it, and I ended up getting regular size pizza, and when I called the location, the guy... asked me what kind of box it is, I have answered that it was the red one, and he said this is it, this is the size that you get.The pizza was un cooked well and the topping is not spread correctly.
