First time customer and the pizza and cheese bread was awesome! ?
I?ve had nothing but good interactions with the owner and the pizza always tastes great. Papa John?s needs to keep the Shaq... pizza a regular item. That pizza conquered my two animal kids and now they?re recovering on the couch. Update Post MemorialDay 2022: I will never get pizza from this store again. App said pizza was ready for pickup while I was waiting in the store.When I go to register for my order the cashier tells me my pizza won?t be ready for another 15 minutes. I still don?t know ifthey ever made the pizza because my order went from 15 mins to 25 mins. Two employees working on a holiday and no sign stating?Help Wanted? so I?m not buying that excuse that there?s no help. Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of chicken. I received all 3 pizzas damaged. I called the store before the driver even pulled off.... A gentleman by the name of Omar said he knew exactly what happened but couldn't do anything about it I would have to speak tothe owner Jason. After several phone calls and messages I was finally able to speak to Jason. He said he did not need picturesand that he would look into the matter and would call back. Days went by no call, so I called back today. I was told all hecould get is a credit. I advised I no longer want to order from Papa John's and would like a refund. I was told I cant have arefund and can only receive a credit. I told Jason again I dont want a credit. He said thats all he could/ would do. The WORSTcustomer service. Read more
Ordered the extra large and paid for it, and I ended up getting regular size pizza, and when I called the location, the guy... asked me what kind of box it is, I have answered that it was the red one, and he said this is it, this is the size that you get.The pizza was un cooked well and the topping is not spread correctly. My husband wanted to order from this pizza place because we?ve never had it. Well, we won?t be ordering from them again. The... order was placed around 5:45pm and it got to our door at 8:08pm, but, only after we called for a status update. The person toldus the driver tried to deliver, but, delivered it to our neighbors, of course they were told they didn?t order pizza. I willgive them credit that they did try to call us, but, the person who took the order wrote the phone number incorrectly, so, theytook the pizza back and from what we were told on the phone, placed it under a heat lamp or who knows how long. Instead ofmaking a fresh pizza, they delivered the one that was under the lamp, we had to heat it in the oven. It tasted like cardboard.Easily could have spent $5 at the grocery store for a frozen pizza that would taste the exact way this one did. I ordered delivery and one of the items i got was garlic knots as i always do and these were dry pieces of bread with nothing on... it and no flavor! Called to advise and they basically said next time order sauce on side(the owner) and there is nothing theycan do! Very disappointing because i?m pregnant and i have gotten these at least twice a week and it never looked or tasted likethis! Today is my last time ordering from here! Read more
My pizza came cold and two hours late. It said it was delivered and no it was not!!! They should Have given me back my money and... taken there pizza. The pizza YOU SEE THERE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE TRASH!!! I found a hair. I pulled it right out of my mouth.Thisis the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. I don't think I will return and I will not recommend. I spoke with themanager and all she said was I can give you 50% off on your next order. Must be a joke. No I will not be ordering. On top ofthat she had an attitude so I put her on the spot and her as a manager that was very unprofessional and I kept my calm theentire time. This is like the seventh time they have ruin pizza from me from Papa John's. Who ever owns this place needs to hirebetter managers because they hire slow dumb kids. Two of us have stomach aches. Decent pizza, bad service. Manager unhelpful when we were overcharged.
