Since I've moved I can't get my food delivered so I have to drive to PJ's on White Lane. It's even on their map to deliver to my... area but I was told no. I live in a safe neighborhood so I'm not sure what the problem is. I once even had the cops go out topay the driver and tip the driver (not sure the drivers name or I'd shout them out) cause I got in some trouble and the NilesPJ's still came back. Read more
They get a three cuz the last two day I been ordering food from them. My first order was fine. A different cook. The next day it... was over cooked. The pizza was dark then me. I'm a caramel color. When I looked at it. It didn't seem dark. But once I got homeman I was mad. Gas too high to go all the way back and wait. I order Buffalo wingsWith my order and this is what I received there?s literally more oil dripping in the pan in my wings then... there is buffalo sauce this has to be a joke so I called the Papa John?s and ask them about the wings and they said this howthere supposed to make them with no Buffalo sauce ion the buffalo wings . So I asked if I could just bring the wings back andget a refund on my order they said they can?t take the wings back and they can?t give me a refund all they can do is give memore buffalo sauce this Has to be a joke .Papa John?s is the worst ever and you can clearly see the decline in customer serviceLet alone their food especially at this establishment I should?ve just went to Little Caesars I could?ve saved myself at least$20 and my wings would?ve been covered and buffalo sauce the the way I ordered them !!!! i never have a problem I either do phone order or on the app now for carry out . we get there pizza ready pay and out the door I... just love the pizza from there from the taste to the amount of cheese for me it isn't greasy unlike other places. also the priceits decent not over priced other placed are way too much for nast burnt pizza oily blehhh but for us Papa Johns is our one ????
