Elijah The cashier is very unprofessional. He needs to be fired or should be given training on customer service. He served me on... 3rd December at 6:45pm He was inattentive towards me and was too occupied mingling with his co worker. Upon correcting him hefurther continued even louder conversing showing complete disregard towards a customer. This really infuriated me as I give youguys good business fuelling up and buying merchandise every week and the least I expect is a good customer service. Elijah is areal threat to you?re business and the management should look into this matter or I will not hesitate escalating this to thecorporate office. It is always a pleasant experience at this truck stop but one bad employee can seriously ruin areputation. I hope things will change on my next visit. Read more

We enjoy stopping at this place whenever we are going north on 99.They always have hot food available, and call me a scrub if you... want, but I like their pizza there. If you are going to get six slices among yourselves, just get a whole pizza and mix and matchdifferent flavors. They also have Cinnabon which will give you all the sugar you need.Flying J also has low carb foods such asboiled eggs or salads. There is also a Wendy's here for food,so there are enough food options to cover everyones taste.Lots oftrucker stuff to buy also like cb radios, lights 12 volt crock pot,etc..Truckstop food can be good, but I am easy to please Iguess...its a truck stop for pete sake. You can expect to have the same pizza, burritos and eggrolls, hotdogs, burgers whenever yougo there, and that is a good thing...predictable.Pilot /Flying J has good grub.Good job People!!! Other than a few wasps chasing me out of my car, it was OK. Gas pump area would be great with a good steam cleaning. The store... if fine. Most every one is friendly. Read more

Terrible customer service. Front counter lady ?Jennifer? was so rude and disrespectful to the customers. I asked her for... receipt, she rolled her eyes and her wording was so bad. That?s disgusting. It seems like she don?t like this job or might nothappy in her life. I have never seen that much rude employee in my whole life. I would gave zero star to her service. Read more

Store 154 they need to have better training, they don't know how to resolve problems with the Myrewards card, I travel a lot so... I always used pilot travel gas station because of the discount, so today I noticed that the pump didn't give me the discount, Inoticed before pumping so I went back and I told her (cashier) that the pump didn't give me the discount and she said it willgive you the discount after you pump and I said I don't think so we need to reset it she no put gas and it will give you thediscount, so I did put gas and I went to get the change and I told her did they give me the discount? She said no, let me askmy manager if I can give you the discount in cash, of course the manager said "no" which I knew, that's why I think they need abetter training on how to resolve all the problems Read more

Nice new Flying J, clean store, big lot, service center, CAT scale, showers, the only thing I wish they had: the hot food... section where they have scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, etc and then switch over to potroast, baked chicken, etc... Read more
