The service is A+ I walked in there I was served right away . I ordered food before the movie at the theater . I told him that... my movie starting soon he said it?s no problem the food should be out soon. I got the carne asada plate. Just as with the last time I came, the music was so loud I could not hear the people at my table or the wait staff. This happens... most times I've visited. The atmosphere makes it seem like they don't want customers there - and I will clarify this was around5:30-6:30 so it wasn't them using normal tactics at closing to get people out. I ordered a crispy taco and the entire meal waslukewarm at best. The taco was soggy and chewy. The beef, which I'm assuming was shredded, had the texture and taste of slightlydamp cardboard. I say slightly damp because it was wet enough to be congealed but dry enough to glue the taco together andadhere to the roof our my mouth. The beef had no flavor. The online menu is a lie in both items and price. Happy hour margaritaslisted as $5 are actually $8. I had the same problem last time where things were more expensive than any menu they had indicatedfor happy hour. Service was slow. Waited to be seated and asked if I could sit at the bar instead but hostess said there was no seating... available. Two seats were empty at the bar but staff was just to slow to clean the spot. Had to wait over 10 minutes to pay mybill after placing my credit card on the bar. The service was great, but the sauce on the enchiladas and crispy tacos tasted like chef boyardee spaghetti sauce? I've never... tasted Mexican food like that, they shouldn't use that sauce. The walls and bathrooms were dirty as well. Wait staff were verynice and quick to help, however! The price was also ridiculous, 50 dollars for 2 meals is too much. Read more
