Soooo disappointed. Specifically asked for fresh chicken and wedges and was reassured it just came out. That was not the case.... Chicken was old and cold so were the wedges. Even said something to cashier and was told that it was fresh even though I said ittasted bad. Never going to order the chicken again. And the thin crust pizza was super limpy. Gave them a chance to make itright. And they didn't. Just kept giving me excuses instead of offering to remake it. I spent over $70 and left very unhappy. Read more

Horrible service, ordered food went to pick up and was told they ran out of food. I'm not sure how that happened? Tanna the... Supervisor said she forgot to call us. She laughed at us,also sold the one pizza we had to a customer and was told by thecustomer she had our pizza. I don't recommend anyone going there till they get rid of the bad apples. She kept lying and I couldnot believe the treatment and no shame! I called the corporate office and no one has called back with a resolution. It's beenover a week. This is only a short version. I feel that they don't care or some type of discrimination. She wouldn't give usdirect answers to my questions. Still waiting! Read more
Good pizza. I had the Rusty's combo with bell peppers. The medium pan was $21. The staff were friendly, and quick. My pizza... was ready when they said it would be. One problem was trying to read the actual menu. The font on the menu board was small andcramped, which made it too hard for me to read. They suggested I check the menu online, but I only saw pictures of pizza. Ireally just wanted a take-out menu to keep in my vehicle. Other than that all was great. There?s a videogame lobby inside, of course. A lot ofpepperoni may fill the pizza chosen unless other toppings are preferred and yet each pizza will show us lots of toppings. BBQChicken Pizzas are particularly satisfying- they come with lots of goodies like sauce and red onions, cashews as an option formore topping. Maybe you?ll find a pizza with a little bit of extra char on it but I like originality and personal flavor givento a meal of great proportions. Workers shuffle into the mix; the guys are totally at their mark in presentation of food andthere?s nothing like eating a wonderful cashew while giving the soda cup another reason for biting on delicious items in life:there?s a Coca-Cola machine inside with lots of flavors for drinks including cream soda and proper assortments of treatingyourself. Lobbies in general do have a nice charm to them once they?ve aged over the years or so. Here, the lobby has a nicebrown in the atmosphere with little tokens of appreciation decorated here and there under the warm and comfortable roof. Sure,it?s not summer, but it?s winter with passion. Rusty?s serves plenty of sandwiches that can give bite to sides like potatowedges and a thing or two from the salad bar. Cashews tend to have interesting flavors once they?ve hit the pizza oven inlikable texture and heat only Rusty?s provides. Delivery happens rather quickly for a pizza joint like this one and I?ve foundmy family in complete satisfaction for dealing on such matters of taste against the clock we?re always hurrying up on withingrasp of tidiness and business for ourselves.
