Its never busy here. Super easy in and out for food or just a drink. The staff is friendly, courteous amd quick. Parking lot is... pretty clean and be a use its on the opposite side of Rosedale hwy there's no homeless or bums. Great location and great peopleSonic. Great job on this one. They all deserve raises. Afterall,it's bakersfield and the outside temp is 120. These are thepeople that your company should model. All sonics are pretty good but this one is exceptional. Been here many, Manu times. I've never been so screwed in my life as I have here. Whichever girl worked here on August 21 at noon must clearly go to the... ear doctor. We have several times loud and clear and slowly placed our order with always the same answer that the lady can notunderstand us and we should repeat our order. After the 4th attempt, the girl with colored hair came out and told us to pressthe order button again because the system has separated us (The system must be really smart because it has separated us from anincompetent employee). No sooner said than done and tried to order again, the lady repeated to our surprise a completelydifferent order. We recited our order again (Meal number 1 with tater tots and ranch and a lage vanilla milkshake and a mealnumber 4 with tots ranch and large coke zero). When there was no reaction at all I went to the door and wanted to ask if someonewas joking or if we could still place an order. The girl looked at me in disgust as well as her colleagues and have simplyignored us, even on direct speech. The day before we ordered exactly the same thing at the same machine - without any problems.Here was on Sunday just completely incompetent. This place will never see us again. Came here on December 5th on a Sunday morning. My wife n I were the only ones here. They had us pull up to the drive-thu so that... takes a bit of the experience away. I got the Footlong Coney Chili Cheese Dog and the double cheese bacon Sonic Burger. Bothwere pretty good. Wasn't bad! Food was hot, the lady that took our order was nice. We ordered strawberry limemates and the strawberries were spoiled! The hot wings sauce was lumpy and sour! The cook looked like... he hadn?t taken a shower in days! This place is falling apart. Now down to one star. Brought my family here, ordered almost $40 worth, was told I had to pay for ranch (order included tater... tots and onion rings) but that I could get all the ketchup I wanted for free. Asked for ketchup...TWICE... and never got it.Didn't get napkins either. $#@^% this location. No other Sonic in town treats me like this. --- last year's review ---> Iordered, asked for ranch instead of ketchup. They wanted to charge me for it because "nothing on my order REQUIRED it." This was the first time I ever bought anything from Sonic. The fries were absolutely cold ????. They didn't even seem like they... were made for my order but were just sitting out for a very long time not even under any kind of heat. No ketchup was in the bageven though it was requested. The slushes were good but not good enough to make me go back there. Surely, for a fast food placegetting fries ???? right should be basic. Read more
