Won't go back. Frap are watered down absolutely no flavor. Guess they are saving money using half ingredients!!!
Came in and ordered a mocha cookie crumble. I dont usually stop at a starbucks but i felt like one today. Came in. Drivethrough... is empty and Nobody inside but maybe 2 people ordering and obviously the employees. Ordered a cookie along with my drink. Iasked to get it heated up and the cookie was warm only on the outside the rest was still cold like it just came out of arefrigerator. The cookie was fast but they took 15 minutes to make and serve me the drink. Someone had spilled water on thefloor during that time Nd they didnt seem to care. No wet floor sign anywhere to be seen and it took them another 10 mins to mopit up. 7 employees and slow workers. Needs better service. Read more

This Starbucks location is so amazing. Everyone is so friendly. The bathrooms are open during the pandemic. I especially... appreciate the bathrooms being open. It is impossible to find somewhere to use the restroom during this pandemic. Thank you somuch Starbucks for realizing that customers need to wash their hands and use the bathroom. Read more
