Every time we go to have coffee, what appears to be the manager is always camped out with her gear in the best couple of tables... in the dining room like a college student studying for mid term test. Don't they have an office? Obviously taking their quefrom their "manager" the dining room is always full of employees on break, lunch, waiting to work, getting ready to work, Itwould be nice to visit and have your coffee and/or meal and enjoy the atmosphere and music and not hear and feel like you are ina perpetual new hire interview or hear all their dirty laundry. As with most locations, something is always off with the order. This time, they forgot the sweetener or sugar that goes in the... coffee. Happens often, regardless of location. Other than that, they are fast and friendly. Read more
Bad service and they are super slow and it?s a ridiculous wait! Never coming back to this location. I stopped at this location... as I was on this side of town. Big mistake. My regular store is Ming and Real which can?t compare their super friendly serviceand fast service. Read more
I went there at 12 noon. The customer service was trash. The employees playing, and laughing. I had to have them make my drink... twice. And the drink still wasn?t made right. And they did warm my cookies. I had to ask them to do that. Over all the customerservice was trash. Not going to that again. I?ll stick to the one on Brundage and Weedpach. Read more
Starbucks has nicely remodeled this store. It gives a much more streamlined appearance and I think a better flow when the store... is busy. The bathroom is unisex and larger, but there is only one which may be a problem when busy. Service was quick andpolite as usual and as expected. Read more

They always smile and her very fast and friendly.. ????
