Me and my family always go to this Starbucks to get drinks and we always have this problem where we don?t get cup holders or... bags to put it in. One time I left with the drinks (4 Frappuccino?s) and no cup holder and they all fell in my car. Today I wentbecause me and my son went to buy 4 Caramel Frappuccino?s and the worker was rude, she said that we have two options, we caneither take it or leave. We didn?t get her name because we just left after her stank attitude. But don?t come here if you don?twant bad service nor cup holders. Read more
They don't have much inventory but it's probably because it's on this side of town. It's clean inside. The drinks are great.... The baristas are polite. They were out of brown sugar syrup last time so I couldn't get my oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso.It's my favorite menu item here. I prefer to go inside to order at this location The drive through can be a hassle because ofthe awkward parking lot. Be mindful if you have a big vehicle. Read more

Employees are usually always very courteous, inside warm and relaxing. It was not a busy afternoon, but it took a bit longer... than normal for our two drink items to be made. I really dislike coming to this location but it's the closest. My drink was made with whip cream even tho it says NO WHIP again.... And instead of remaking the order it is just dumped into another cup and that is unacceptable. Please when people have allergiesthey should not do this. Read more
Walked a short distance to get some work done here - we were surprised to find the inside totally empty!! Then when we went to... choose a table to plug in, we discovered all the power outlets have been covered in the store. I thought this was supposed to bea coffee shop?!?! Every time I come to the Starbucks there?s an issue do you today when I came they gave me an overflowing drink that spilled... immediately and the lead came off as I grabbed it from the barista. I went inside and got a new drink and complain to them aboutit and they had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault at the lake came off and be more careful and the second drink thatthey gave me did the same exact thing and if it made a huge mess in my car and on me as I?m on my way to work.
