The staff is amazing! I like the friendly atmosphere here. Everyone is doing their jobs but also giving a little extra shot of... kindness. This location just was completely redone and it looks fantastic! Read more
The employee here we rude to me. I asked for more cream and the girl poured an obscene amount inside and ruined my drink. Then... she said she would make it again but I know she didn't put any of the extras I PAID for in it because it didn't taste the sameas the first one. I'll not go to this location again ???????? This place used to have great customer service but has went downhill in the last few months. Today (9/23/2021) was especially... bad customer service. Aileen met me at the window and there was no "hi" or "thank you". She simply grabbed my card, gave me myfood, and handed my card back. She didn't ask if I wanted a receipt or anything. Starbucks management, train your employees insimple, basic customer service. Won't return until the service gets sorted out. Read more
