Worst customer service of any Starbucks that I have been too. Employees always seem down or have attitudes. Equipment is always... broken or out of service. Conveniently this location is walking distance from my office, but other than that i try and frequentother locations. Read more
Delicious as ever, my daughter is always also getting items off the menu, they will make whatever you want which is pretty cool,... my only complaint is that dang line always out the door, I guess as John Travolta told Danny devito in i think get shorty is ifyou're important people will wait! I love coffee and Starbucks! They have the best coffee in town. I purchase bags of Sumatra Coffee and brew my coffee at home... daily. Of course you can buy coffee and enjoy it their or take out. They have Espresso, Cappuccino, Latees and a host of coffeesand eateries. Grab you a cup of Joe and start you morning right! Read more
I have not had a bad experience at Starbucks in Bakersfield. I am giving Starbucks four stars because I don't like the walk up... store model. Oh yes, the serious strawberry Frappuccino is gross.
