I usually go here in the morning before going to work and I always have an amazing experience in the DT. This morning, on... 8-21-2021 at 8am, I made the decision to go inside, worst decision ever! The lady who took my order was extremely rude and ontop of that they forgot my vanilla bean scone. When I was asked if I needed anything thing else after standing there for aminute or two, the same lady who took my order tossed my scone at me and then just walked away, and on top of that there was ahair in the bottom of my bag! I didn't get her name, but I wish I would've so I could've reported her, seems like she dislikescustomers, pretty sad since her job is cusmoter service based. I'll make this short and sweet... You will never catch me with a Starbucks cup in my hand! I don't drink coffee because it's... cool ... I drink coffee cuz it keeps me regular and starts my day off right. Why pay $8 for a cup of coffee when I can take mylazy @$$ into the kitchen and Brew a pot myself. Read more
WAY too pricey for me. I'm happy homemade pot coffee with out five names to make it sound fancy. Love the free wifi though.

If you have an accent or look hispanic do not go here. Me and my family went here last weekend the guy who helped us after he... took the order was making fun of my accent with a co-worker, saying how he tried to understand people that are hispanic andhaving hard time taking their orders. He was making racial comments for the way we Hispanics speak and giggling in a veryimmature way. Have more respect for color skin people and adults. Read more
