They do a very bad job at hiring these baristas. I came years ago and had terrible customer service. Always felt like they were... a bit discriminating. After years of preferring the Starbucks down the street, my dad came to order a drink not knowing how badtheir baristas can be. After reading all these recent reviews, I know I did not overreact to how my dad was treated. Afterstanding there waiting for the barista to attend him, she looked over at him and still did not go help him. Once she did, shehad a very rude attitude when taking his order and when she made his order, she did it with a bad attitude while still handlingother customers' payments. She poured milk on the drink with her hands like that and it was such a messy drink that the drinkwas running down the cup and it even splashed on other stuff around the counter. When I confronted her, she argued that he wasbeing rude the whole time and she even cussed. I hope this Starbucks is closed soon. I don't know if it was his broken englishor what but I am pretty sure it played a part in how she treated him. Very shameful to be in these situations and everyonestaring like the customer is overreacting. Read more

Made my drink wrong and they were kind of rude when taking my order and when giving me my beverage. Both baristas. Probably... won't use this location anymore and just stick to the one down the street. Reason for 2 stars is the convenience of being inAlbertsons and it was clean. Read more

The manager was nice and did his job. One of the older female employees of Starbucks acted rudely like a Karen. She was just... standing around. She tried intimidating a few customers and stood behind them in line. They asked her not to nicely. She saidshe was waiting in line. Didn't think they could do that while they were working. Not cool. This Starbucks is inside of a Albertsons grocery store so searchers beware. I have made that mistake when looking for a quick... stop and end up at a store. Overall the service is great and the employees are nice. Read more

20 minutes for 2 iced coffees when there were only 2 people in front of me! They're more worried about the drive thru than their... customers that come in. To top it all off my drink was disgusting but I couldn't waste another 20 minutes to have them remakeit. Read more

I hate the fact they can never get my drink right. My LAST visit which was 9/19 the employee greeted like they should which was... good but I was very specific with my order "large coffee VINALLA Frappuccino" Then they charged me $4.95. My reaction to thatwas pretty weird. Am a consent buyer of starbucks and I know how much is the large coffee that I always order which is $4.45.Honestly I didn't care. Money is nothing to me, as long as I get my coffee. When I picked my order, and walked outside because Iwas in a rush. I seem to notice that my starbucks tasted kinda funny. I read the order on my cup and it said "CF" and a "X" onsyrup. Basically, not one time has this starbucks made my order right, and it upsets me because starbucks to me is life and thiscoffeshop is the only one near my house. now I have to use more of energy and time to find another coffeeshop near me who canmake my order correctly every single time I order my coffee. especially what got me upset was when I took back the coffee onfemale employee says " well next time, you have to tell us the correct order, because were getting off track with our customerorders" How is this my fault that I ordered the right drink and specifically said how I wanted it.
