Got takeout sub sandwiches for a picnic. While the person serving us was not particularly chatty, he did make the sandwiches... well and did a basically good job of serving us. It's a store within a building with several other businesses, right off the I5freeway, so it's pretty basic. Not much in the way of seating and doesnt have the feel of a single restaurant. We stopped for gas and Subway smelled so good we decided to get lunch. The girls that work there make a great sandwich and... listen to what you want on it. There is a guy that was working that would put whatever on the sandwich and then get upsetbecause you told him that wasn't what you wanted. However, we got some good sandwiches from the girls. The employee was passed out with his head in his arms on the counter, in plane view of the customers, when I went in to get a... sandwich. I asked the gas station attendant "what's the deal?" and he said "you have to wake him up"...makes perfect sense thata customer should have to wake up the employee. The guy never fully woke up as he was making my sandwich. I had to remind him towash his hands as well. Then I go to the other cash register to buy some items from the gas station and the attendant tries tocharge me twice the price of the items SMH. Making a note to avoid this subway in the future. Bunch of flies around then ingredients and the lady only half toasted my... footling. Inside of oven roasted chicken was still cold. Bread was also really hard and stale Lastly- 2/3 of the bathroomstalled were out of order. Avoid. Read more
Stopped here with my son on our long trip to Sacramento. Restrooms were clean, store looked relatively new. We got a sandwich... for the road and was greeted by Makayla, my son has autism so it?s hard for him to communicate with others but she was verynice, helpful, and understanding of my son?s condition, will definitely stop by again! My first sandwich shop review. It's a subway, most people know what to expect but this place blew me away. They were busy the... whole time I was there. There was a line when I got there and a line when I left after eating. They have tables so it's not a togo only subway. The team work of the staff, their patience with the new customers and their motivation to get through the lineof people was amazing. They had organized themselves into an assembly line, a toasted non toasted sandwich making machine. Theveggies and bread tasted fresh and the service was amazing. Still, it's a subway so you like it or you don't. If you've neverhad it then go to this one and if you're on the fence go to this one. This is how they should all be. Read more
The friendly young woman made me a great chicken sandwich exactly the way I wanted, with extra veggies. I'd share it with you... but I can't because it's mine! ???? The place was very clean and didn't have the traditional "Subway bread smell" that I don'tlike. :-) They have regular Subway prices and also have the daily specials. I was here at 12:45pm on Tuesday.
