I order subway all the time and I always order the same thing, but this particular subway was so disappointing. My sandwich was... completely drenched in sauce and I only asked for mayo and chipotle. And I mean it was SAUCY, like the little girl had to do iton purpose or just really really didn't care about her job. Do not go to this subway if you value service and your food being prepared correctly. I ordered a couple of sandwiches for... curbside pickup. When I arrived, I parked and called to let them know I was here. After a few calls of being put on hold andhung up on without anyone answering I went inside to get the order thinking it's busy only to find not one customer in theplace. The girl behind the counter was standing there staring at her phone the whole time, and the other guy working there hadhis headphones on and was rocking out. The hot sandwiches I ordered were cold so I gave them back to them and walked out. When Isent a complaint to subway, corporate did not respond and the franchise owner just sent me a generic non-responsive email andnever contacted me again. Was just in there about 11:30 am. Ordered a couple of sandwiches for my kids and myself. The female who took my order and... completed sandwiches was very efficient and nice. I did not get her name she had dark hair. My entire order was perfect. I?meating my sandwich now and all ingredients evenly distributed on sandwich.
