I am so sorry for this review!! Help is hard to find but the owner needs to hear and take this review serious before his or her... business goes under.Their is a worker named Ja#@b who should not be in the sandwich fast food business. Seems like a greatperson but does not have what it takes. Very slow no sense of urgency taking up to 5 to 7 mins per sandwich no B.S. People keepwalking out. Staff is always nice and friendly. Never a long wait. 4.14.21 - ordered steak and cheese melt, only problem is nothing melted... and it was cold. 2.10.22 - the last few times have been better. 6.25.22 - no cucumbers anymore..but other than that???????? 9.24.22 - the last two times I went were ????????????????, sandwiches were on point. Our sandwiches were made just right, wait was a lil long but the 2 ladies did an awesome job getting orders done.
I only get a 30 minute lunch break so it's frustrating and extremely annoying going somewhere only to have no one be at the... front counter. I waited for a few minutes thinking maybe they were just busy in the back but no one came up or said "I'll bewith you in a moment" so I just ended of leaving. Read more
Did not go in personally, but my traveling companion got served and was pleased with both the atmosphere and the sandwich.
