First off Employee "Alexander" at this location is extremely rude... and does not give off a welcoming impression... He has very... Poor Customer service... My 2nd time going in to place an order and was told by him I would have to wait 15min or more becausethe online orders were "priority"... mind you there were 2 employees working and no other customers in the restaurant but myselfat this time... I couldn't understand why the other employee couldn't prepare my sandwich while he took care of the onlineorders.. after 10 mins of waiting another customer walks in... I'm still the only customer waiting... he tells them it's goingto be a 20 min wait for them before he gets to them... so they walk out... his co-worker looks at him and says really? as ifeven he knew that was ridiculous and rude! He obviously does not know how to handle heavy multi-tasking or working underpressure if presented.. Definitely needs a refresher course in customer service & how to handle "fast" food environments.... Read more

They have only one person making the sandwiches. The boy making the sandwiches was nice , and the lady at the cash register was... rude. Read more

They are really skimping on the ingredients on the sandwitches and the bread was hard on the ends all they had during lunch hour... rush was white and the pepper kind I think they should have had more variety I had the no 7 and was quite skimpy Read more

Because it's a Subway the quality of the food is pretty reliable. That's the end of it though. The last several times we visited... they are out of nearly every type of bread, several ingredients, and don't seem to be capable of making substitutions withouthaving to either call me or they just wait for people to arrive and then ask them what they want after having already expectedthe promise time to be finished. The last few times we were there the place is completely empty with one person working. Read more

Bad customer service!! Serenity sucks she kept Letting other customers cut and kept going to the back multiple times. I was... there for one sandwich and and there was 4 customers in front. Spent almost 35 minutes waiting to get helped horrible servicefrom her part she sucks. Read more

I?m sad I?m even doing a bad review on them, This used to be my favorite subway! Went in earlier for a sandwich and soup first... off the kid taking my order I couldn?t even hear anything he was saying , speak up!! Worst experience ever. I did an online order for my coworkers, ordered 5 sandwiches, and none of them came out right. All the... orders were wrong. Paid for avocado and two of the sandwiches and neither of them had avocado on them. Complete waste of moneyand time. Completely disappointed. Read more
