It?s such a cute shop and the gelato is delicious
We were at the Bal Harbor store today, we went for the first time. The attendant was unwilling to pass on information. My... husband ordered a Smoothie that looked more like dirty water, very different from the ones on Instagram. It's a shame thatemployees treat customers this way. We Love the Gelato at Bianco and the fact that its made with much healthier and natural ingredients is a huge plus. They have... really delicious flavors. But the best part of dropping into Bianco is getting served by Gino. He is exceptionally courteous,enthusiastic and you can tell he loves engaging with his customers. He's very knowledgeable about the different dessert productsoffered and creates an overall great vibe at the establishment. It's always a pleasure to drop in, especially when he's working. Read more

While the gelato was the amazing, the attendant Yoyo was absolutely the gem here. She is truly kind and very welcoming. Best... experience I?ve had at a dessert shop!! I got a mix of pistachio and coconut. My kids got mango & strawberry all recommended byYo-yo. Too yummy so no pictures were taken ???? A must when in Bal Harbour shops! Read more
The best gelato we?ve found in America. My husband tries the stracciatella everywhere we go and this was by far his favorite... place. The also has wonderful non-dairy options, the lemon sorbet was incredible and didn?t leave a funny taste in your mouthafterwards like so many others do. The paleo brownies are delicious as well! We loved that all of the products are certifiedorganic and kosher. The staff was friendly and helpful. Now our go-to spot for ice cream in Miami Beach! Read more
