Ate here twice, mostly in 2019. The food is exceptional. When we last went our party of four got the ribs, a roast sandwich, and... 2 dishes with shrimp. Both times the service was impeccable and you get a great view of the fine automobiles and when you lookout form the bar you feel like you’re on an island ???? with all the trees. Located within the Bal Harbour shopping mall, Hillstone serves up some excellent food and wine choices. Actually I've never been... to a Hillstone / Houston's that I haven't liked which is how I felt leaving this particular establishment. The place was packedfor lunch, the service was outstanding, and the food was great. Highly recommend it here and when your done eating you can walkaround the mall and do a little shopping! Read more

Would rank a full 5 stars if the service and attention were better. The food was fantastic. The Negroni having grapefruit juice... in it was an unwelcome surprise. Thing is they didn’t charge us for any of the drinks so that was a bonus. Again the food. Topquality. Had the Caesar, shrimp cocktail, Brussel sprouts, tuna tartare and honey mustard ribs. Went here for late lunch/early dinner and it was great!! From the appetizer, the entrée and dessert, everything came out... nicely. Highly recommend! That steak was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked! Can’t wait to go back! Our server was verypleasant as well! Excellent service! Read more

This is one of the highest end restaurant around the area. The food is amazingly delicious. Great place to eat with friends,... family or forna romantic meal. Price wise is not cheap ( be aware of it ) You will mostly see business people eating at thisrestaurant. I had dinnero with 2 great friends of mine, and it was fantastic, on the other hand, customer service is extremelyfriendly. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I've eaten at Hillstone a few times and they have never disappointed me. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there's a gorgeous... of the shops all around you. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. The food is always amazing and the portions arejust right. Some of my favorite items from the menu are the deviled eggs. I'm not an egg person, I normally drown my eggs inketchup but these are out of this world! For someone that doesn't like the taste of eggs, this speaks volumes! The French Dip AuJus is very tasty but my favorite is the Ding's Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It tastes so good you won't be disappointed. I normallyorder it without the bread to cut on carbs if I'm trying to be good. Both their spicy and creamy coleslaw and tabbouleh withlemon vinaigrette sides are always delicious.
