Very sketchy. Waiter was pushy about $48 meal with wine without letting us even look at the menu. Food was mediocre varieties of... pita bread and salads with meatballs and couscous. Bill was over $200 including a $30 ?large party gratuity? even though therewere only TWO OF US. We were hoodwinked and swindled. Period. Do NOT go here! Crooks and thieves!! Read more
This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food and hospitality is superb. Julian is a master chef and Moshe is a host par excellence.... The salads, cigars, tajine, tea and deserts took me back to my grandmother?s kitchen, delicious and authentic. Read more
This spot is my favored. I visit many restaurants but here I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very welcoming and... the food they cook is so delicious. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. I recommend this place withpleasure. Read more
A Great Mediterranean Restaurant in the Heart of Bal Harbour. Serving mostly Moroccan, French cuisine. I had the Moroccan Salmon... Tagine in a Delicious Chermoula sauce, with 7 Sampler Appetizers, it can't get any better than this, any where in MiamiArea. Good vibes & white Mediterranean Atmosphere, good service and surprisingly great value considering the restaurant islocated at the Carlton Terrace within walking distance of the st Regis, Bal Harbour shops. We were offered a $58 per person menu without having a chance to look at the menu. I asked if we can order by the menu and was... told that they don?t have all the items. The owner was pushing saying that it?s much easier for a large group. (11 people) andthat he will give us a lot of food: salads , appetizers and entrees. I was hosting and felt pressured and uncomfortable as thiswas not mentioned on the phone when I made the reservation !! We got few small salads and dips (not enough for 11) and maincourse. One side dish of cous cous as he said they don?t have anymore. And one rice and French fries. When I looked back at themenu and pricing aka cart - we were definitely scammed and taken advantage of. Wine and dessert wasn?t included!!!!!!! Theygave us 2 platters of fruit as courtesy? They charged $58 per bottle of wine that is available at the store for $9.99. Added18% service tip on top. $58 per person became $93 per person! Not worth it !!! Read more
