I am giving 2 stars because the pizza in my imagination looks and smells amazing! It?s hot and cheesy and so yummy!... Unfortunately though, I still don?t have my pizza Despite ordering over 90 minutes ago. I?ve called the store twice and eachtime has been told that the driver was 2 minutes away. Update 8/20/18. We decided to give Domino?s another try today. We bought pizza and stuffed cheesy bread and the quality was very... good. This is the best pizza from Domino?s that we?ve had so far. The quality of the products here has been in continuousdecline. I bought this stuffed cheesy bread on 4/11/18. There was cheese only inside a small portion of the bread, almost allthe cheese was burnt outside of it. Whoever did this didn?t care at all about what he/she was giving to the costumer. Read more
Worst Dominos I've ever visited, after placing an online order, my Fiance' and I drove to the store, want to Starbucks and got a... couple coffees and walked over to domino's. Went to the counter, and was told it would be a further 2 mins, took a seat andwaited, 15 minutes passed so we returned to the counter to ask again about our order. A different associate looked on thecomputer then found our order on the top shelf of the rack, which had been sitting there since we asked the first time. Hepresented the pizza's for us to check, and we discovered that one was missing pepperoni, the associate took the pizza back towho I assume from his big noting and interrupting the associate while helping us was the manager or supervisor, he showed himthe error and the supervisor presented it to the associates topping the pizzas, they asked if we could wait a bit longer whilethey fixed the issue, we sat down, assuming they would remake the pizza. after a short time we received our pizza's they thefirst associate apologize and we left. When we returned home, we found that they has just thrown pepperoni on top of the pizzaand half baked it again, and both pizza's were now cold. I've worked in retail for over 10 years and this was a perfect exampleof a complete failure of not only customer service but leadership, why the supervisor did not approach us and apologize for ourinconvenience was one thing, but to see the mistake and let that fix go through is pathetic and frankly sad, after spend $36dollars on full prices pizza's, you would think we would get just a bit more consideration. This store needs to have someserious training in customer service and management, both my fiance' and i were saddened and appalled by this store, and willlook at Pizza Hut for a future purchase. Food was good and the customer service was awesome from Saint Joseph University Public Safety we like going their all the time.
