I'm not typically one to leave bad reviews but I've given this location too many chances. Every time I have ordered for pick up... I've had to wait inside for at least 15 minutes and often longer, even when I wait a half hour or so after ordering, and you'realways crammed in with ten or so other people also waiting on pickup orders. When you finally get your food the burger is coldand hastily thrown together, I've gotten ones with the toppings almost completely off the burger. I kept going back thinkingthey were just busy and eventually I'd catch them on a good day, but nope. Last time I went to this location I got the worstfood poisoning in my recent memory. It sucks because I love five guys and this is the only location that's convenient for me togo to... But I'm still never going back here. Read more
Five Guys used to be one of my favorite spots. I must say not so much anymore. When you walk by it smells AMAZING..and I watched... my Co worker eat one and was so hungry that I decided to get one of my own. I get there and was number 88. I only got aburger!! I hear them calling out number 89--- next thing you know they're at number 91... last I checked 88 was before ALL ofthose numbers and some of these orders included extra food like french fries. I do not like bad customer service and the staffwere very friendly but just completely out of order apparently. When I finally ate my burger the cheese was not melted and theburger barely had any flavor. Ive had better burgers at Burger King!! Guess that's the reason I hadn't been there in years andthere is most definitely no rush to go back! Read more

Stopped by this location to pick-up my online order of milkshakes. The store were very busy and lots of customers are waiting... for their order inside. What I thought would be a long wait, turned out to be a pretty fast order. I went inside the storebefore my order status is ready to pick-up. As soon as I got in and mention my order to staff, they assigned an individual tocatch-up with milkshakes and creamery orders. My orders came out pretty fast and I love the responsiveness of the staff in thislocation! Read more
In my travels I've enjoyed many 5 guys burgers and fries. Sadly today I had my worst burger and it wasn't close. I might come... back and try again but truly it was so poorly made that if I do come back, it won't be anytime soon Read more
