The food was good but they almost charged my friend extra for something she didn't want. Also most of the drinks at the drink... fountain were unavailable and when I asked an employee if they would be refilled all he said was " I guess so" and it wasn'tever refilled thr whole hour I was there. ??Former employee ?? They will ignore customers by taking online orders 3 people to one order and leave you on the line by... yourself . The other employees are rude and will push, interrupt,and belittle you infront of customers. They will hold you inthe store for 2 hours past close because manger?s will stand around instead of help. They don?t care if you need to bike to getaround. They also didn?t t care about me a young woman biking at alone past midnight and didn?t see anything wrong or dangerouswith that. I was given a write up for calling out once because I needed to get a new seat for my bike. I refused to sign thewrite up as I called out 4 hours before my shift. I was fired for not signing the write up. I work here for 9 shifts and it wasthe worst job I?ve worked in a while . I'm deeply saddened in my experience with this establishment yesterday. I was a frequent customer of this location because of... superb service and staff. Well this is not the case anymore with the new staff and manager. Starting with the food line, it isnot immaculate as it use to be, employees leaning over your food as it is being made. The cashier had an issue understanding theorder to ring up, but did not express confusion but anger and stormed away from the register without a word for a few minutes.Once cashier emerged she was accompanied by manager Tyquan, both with attitudes. When asked about pricing and portions, ManagerTyquan could not provide answers and instead became aggressive. Tyquan is not equipped to deal with customers, inquires, orfeedback. He should not be leading a team especially with employee Timothy who lunged at a woman to hit her and Tyquanencouraging this action. Tyquan proceeded to call the police to remove myself and two other woman (with me) from theestablishment because he could not communicate to customers The only good person was General Manger Fabiola and I'm sorry shehad to bear witness to the most egregious acts of this staff. MUST READ REVIEW: I ordered through door dash and my order was incorrect. Qdoba employees at city ave WERE AMAZING and handled... this issue calmly and kindly. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and not only did they offer to remake my bowl, they alsogave me free meals to make up for their mistake. I could cry tears of joy because I?ve been to fancy restaurants where they madea big deal about making sure no cross contamination happened.
