Have been a customer for several years and normally don?t make review posts. Have never had a problem with the food. The service... from the clerk for the past two experiences have been quite frustrating. The first time I called and was told my large cheesewould be ready in 10 minutes. I thought it was odd that it would be ready quickly on a Friday evening but it was a goodsurprise. I get there 15 minutes later and the pizza maker is working on a lot of orders and the clerk is on her phone. Pizzawasn?t ready, bummer, but I was fine to wait. 15 minutes later I get up and ask the clerk how much longer and she said ?I don?tknow ask the cook? and goes back to her phone. She?s literally no more than 10 feet away from the guy and can?t just ask hercoworker an update on an order. I was upset at the lack of professionalism and decency to help a patron. Got my order 10 minslater but I let the experience go, maybe a fluke, maybe a bad day. Today, I called again and was greeted by the same clerk andordered and said thank you. She said, ?mhm? and didn?t give me a time when the order will be ready, so I was going to ask. Toolate, she hung up the phone. I let that go, maybe she forgot to formalities, it happens. I get to Toni Roni?s, the clerkacknowledges me, and my pizza?s just finish and the pizza maker brings them up to me and they both confirm they?re for me.Instead of ringing me up, she counts change in front of me for 5 minutes. She knows I?m waiting, but she just keeps on countingwhile I?m waiting in front of her. Doesn?t stop and help a patron, does her own thing, again. Very unprofessional, she didn?tring me up until the pizza maker told her I?ve been waiting then she stops and finally rings me up. Fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me. We?ve ordered a couple times from here and the food is always good.

This was our to go place for pizza and hoagies. Tonight was the last visit. We ordered 2 steaks (all good) and 1 ham and... cheese. The ham and cheese had 3 layers of cheese, one super thin layer (3 slices) of ham and no vinegar which i ordered. Icalled to let them know. This is not the norm for this place. I was offered another hoagie but I couldn't go back. I offered aphoto which was not good enough. I am more mad about the customer service than the actual food. Pizza was good, but after an hour had not started our order when we went to pick it up. Their initial response was that it was... our fault, but it wasn't. We then waited for them to make our order. They made no offer to drop the price or comp us withadditional items. Read more

Not a bad spot for a cheese steak beef or chicken. The pizza is not bad side are good. Customer service could be better but not... bad. My only complaints is they do not put enough topping on the pizza and for the cost they should be ashamed it's likestealing form your customers. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had only 16 pepperonis on the whole pie. Read more

Never thought I?d have a bad experience at a pizza place. I ordered the Pasta Primavera over the phone with no mushrooms and... extra primavera sauce (had it before from a different location and it was amazing). The man repeated the order back to me. Allgood. I get home and open the to go box to penne with marina sauce (and they didn?t even put extra sauce). Don?t eat here if youwant the meal you actually ordered. Read more
