The manager is curt, the cashier still training, but I got 10 pcs spicy chicken for $11. Real food, unlike taco bell, where the... cheese isn't cheese, the meat isn't meat, burger joints that serve bread the birds won't eat, and pizza joints that serveshrinking pizza with 1 1/2 inch crusts around them, I know chicken is expensive, but considering that the CDC is culling flocksfor being at- risk for avian covid, and the EPA is shutting down poultry farms because birds naturally produce ammonia andnitrogen, valuable fertilizer in a nation that is making food and energy production illegal, I hand it to churches for holdingthe line. And alot of locations are permanently out of spicy, not this one. The store was spotless, the dining room always open,unlike the jack in the box on the same block with a forever closed dining room to save us from monkey covid. I got what I paidfor. People were leaving, tired of waiting in line inside, all they cared about was drive thru. One guy brought chicken back, it was... burnt. My son ordered strips and got home to find it was fried chicken (close to being burnt) instead of strips. One lady wasabout to tell the cashier what she wanted and the manager told her, "Dont take her order yet, take care of the drive thrufirst". That was very rude. Read more
I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal through the UberEats app. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this store but my... past order was the last straw. I ordered all dark meat because how can you mess that up but they did. One piece was a piece ofdried breast meat. The other two were a leg and a thigh, both were old and dry. Leg was basically smashed. Don't know how theydid that. When I tried calling the store number it's disconnected. Don't know what kind of staff they have working here or who'srunning this place but I definitely wouldn't eat there. Who knows how long they had the food they gave me. Read more
I went through the drive- thru @ 10:46P.M. on August 17, 2022 & I wanted some chicken tenders & they didn't have enough. Instead... of saying, "we are out & we can't drop anymore because we are closing" they dropped some tenders. They also got my whole ordercorrect & no items were missing. Forgot lettuce on sandwiches. No honey. New chicken bites are nothing like the picture. Terrible experience. Waste of money.... No value whatsoever. Workers dont understand English at all. To top it off we got 3.5 not 4 pies. What a joke. Not even worthmy time. Read more
