Our order was Incomplete. We asked for ketchup and BBQ and extra tartar sauce when we ordered but when we got our food those... things were missing so we asked for those things at the window and the employee looked upset that we asked for them. Overall notpleaded with this location. Read more
One of the more expensive McDonald's around. No self service for drinks. I don't like my tea to sweet and I had to hope they... made the half and half the way I like, nope still way to sweet. Getting out of the parking lot was a nightmare. Read more
When I went a few weeks ago, I had to sit at the window waiting 9 minutes for my food. Were they making it? No. It was there in... the window. But the guy that was working the window was talking to somebody outside. The manager of the McDonald's was in sight.Instead of saying something about the customer sitting at the window for almost 10 minutes and the growing line of customers, oreven handing me my food so I could leave, when the guy who worked the window came back in she stood there joking with him for afew minutes. So of course my food was cold. And one of the drinks was wrong. I went again tonight. When we'r got home, we weremissing an order of fries, one of the drinks was the wrong size, and the burger wasn't what we ordered. When I called in,whoever answered was not helpful at all. Oh and I almost forgot the teenager working the first window who grabbed himself whiletalking to me. Lol. Read more

I normally buy from here, I have to check my order before I leave because they always mess it up, they forget the sauce, they... give the wrong burger or drink. Once they send me to the waiting parking spot and they forgot about my order, I had to go andknock on their window. This is very frustrating since it is a fast food place. Today they kept me waiting for 30 minutes just togive the wrong drink. This is because really annoying. Read more

not good, i found a cockaroach in my food. And a guy was hitting on me asking me for my number and i was super uncomfortable,... number 2 is that i ordered a mcdonalds bucket and they clearly heard me because they costed me for it. Plus my baby brotherstarted crying and they told him to shut up. Rude much! Read more
