WTH Panda? I got both of my orders wrong last night. I ordered a plate with orange chicken, Beijing beef with fried rice. Got... regular white rice, no orange chicken. Then for my moms bowl she ordered Beijing beef with brown rice. Got white rice with 7pieces of meat. I had told the girl at drive thru my order multiple times so idk how they got it messed up. I went to pick up my mobile order and I was told the never received it. I showed the Manager my order through the app and he... still said he didn?t receive it and walks off. Haven't been here for some months because of a terrible experience with an individual working the drive through window. The... worker was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. Another worker eventually stepped in andassisted. I called corporate about 3 times was promised followed up calls that never came. I come here often because it's my kids favorite place. Whoever was taking orders at 730pm on Sunday 7/24 was incredibly rude. I... left there very irritated and had to calm down.
