The pizza always tastes good but after last night I don?t ever want to go through the drive thru again. I had to wait 40 minutes... to PICK UP my pizza. They seemed understaffed since one employee was attending the front, drive thru, and answering phone calls.The store owner and manager(s) need to do better. Your employees should not have to struggle like this. Ever. They don?t deservethat for how much you?re paying them. It?s ridiculous how you still want to run your store while critically UNDERSTAFFED. Andyou expect to have a great business. ???????????????????????? If you really can?t get the amount of employees you need, closethe inside and only open the drive thru. Make things easier for your employees so they can focus on serving and not doingmultiple jobs at once. It?s better than having people wait almost 1 hour just to pick up their food. UPDATE- IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK REGARDING THIS! If i could give a negative star rating I would.... Monday evening I placed an order for delivery at 6:30 and it said I would receive by 7 PM. 7:30 comes and goes and still nopizza, so I call the store to get an update on my order since it's been an hour since I placed my order, and the individual Ispoke to placed me on hold after asking my name. The individual gets back on the phone and tells me its still at the store andasked if i wanted to come pick it. So, I ask why it's been at the store when I placed the order over an hour ago and the persongoes to tell me DoorDash drivers deliver the pizza and they never came and picked it up and they didn't know that I hadn'treceived my order until I called up there. So I asked the individual how could they not know and I felt they should of at leastgiven a call to say the driver hadn't picked up my order and could give the option of me coming and picking it up or justcancelling the order and getting a refund. Well the individual then asks me "Are you gonna come get your pizza or not?" I am soappalled that someone would talk to the customer like that. I then asked to speak to the manager and explained my situation andshe did offer to remake the pizza for me, however due to the situation I just asked to have the money put back on my card and ithas NEVER been put back on. My family and I always get pizza from this Pizza Hut and never had a problem, pizza is always delicious and workers are quick.... But this time I was disappointed. First of all it took them forever to get the pizza ready and second there was barely anysauce, barely any cheese, and some edges were burnt. Read more
Ordered pizza twice. Both time are bad experiences. Been waiting 2 hrs for a delivery that never showed. Manager can?t even... refund my money on the spot. I will reach out to head quarters. ( just order domino?s instead ) Read more
Delivery guy kept my Dr Pepper, there were blank spots on my pizza, and I had to go up to the store to get a replacement... dr.pepper which defeated purpose of delivery. Ruined a mistake vie I was watching while dealing with all of it. Not happy, butthey are close and quick. Read more
Love the pizza from the Balch Springs location. The toppings are always plentiful! The only request I have would be for more... cheese to be added to keep the toppings in place. Definitely going back. Read more
Terrible experience here. The manager is rude and my pizza was wrong. I was supposed to get pineapples on my pizza but got... jalapeños instead. Pizza was cold and overcooked and hardly had any sauce. Will not be coming back here. They are always out ofpasta and have bad service. I use to love coming here but it's not the same anymore. Ordered a meat lovers and a pepperoni lovers, they arrived and my kids started in on them as soon as I took a bite I realized... there was no sauce. I called the store and talked to the manager he was no help which I already knew was gonna be the case. Toldme that I can bring them back as long as we haven?t ate any of the pizza. I just spent $56 including delivery fee and tip andyou want me to still drive up there. There?s 5 kids in this house no way they were not gonna attack those pizzas as soon as theyhit the table.
