Ive worked in retail for the last 10 years and it never ceases to surprise me how sub par the service is here. I know no one... working here gets paid enough, but man do they go the extra mile to make sure you feel like you're inconveniencing them forspending money here. If it's not a long wait, the order is wrong, and sometimes even both. Whenever I place an order on the appI debate going to a further location or roll the dice and hope everything doesn't go bottoms up. Is everyone there just tryingto make it through another day? I bought a 3 pieces wing combo. The wings were very small and I mean very small I didn't notice until I got or I would have took... it back. That's not even worth buying meal for over $10 if you can't get satisfied. Highly upset at a place like this. Read more
Had to wait for fresh tenders. Didn't have any issues. The worker told me when I ordered that it would be a 15 minute wait. ... Less then 15 minutes later I had my food with all 14 of my chicken tenders. Everything tasted good! Read more
Popeyes has the best food when it comes to chicken. I like their chicken sandwiches, tenders, nuggets and biscuits. And their... sides are also good. It's nice having a Popeyes down the street from where I live. The people who work there are kind andfriendly. Read more
I'm waiting on a manager to contact me back. I went there and ordered the family box of chicken. The total came out to $28.13. I... gave my card and noticed after several minutes I hadn't gotten my receipt nor my card. Once I got the cashier's attention. I wastold the machine was having issues. Then I was asked did I have another card because the chip wasn't working in the oneprovided. I handed another card over and was told the system was down. So, I paid in cash with a $100 bill because it was all Ihad on me. Well to my surprise they took and provided me with the change and my order. Once I got home I noticed one of the twocards was charged. Well a couple of hours later my other card has been charged. So, a grand total of three times. I called thestore and was told by the assistant manager the manger won't be back in until tomorrow and she would be the one to handlerefunds. I am highly disappointed and feel this should have been handled today being my money was taken today. I also do notappreciate it was paid for but was told it wasn't and I paid in cash in the end not knowing two times I had already beencharged. So I went to this location because it's the nearest restaurant to my house. On the ubereats app has a family meal on chicken... tenders for 30 pieces chicken tenders 6 large sides 15 biscuits and 10 sauce for $55 plus tax. But I was close to the store thatI didn't order it through the app and just went to the drive through and I asked them if that family meal was on the app only toorder it through the app or I was able to get the same thing through the drive through and they told me that they don't do Ubereats. So I ended up ordering two 16 pieces family meals. When I pulled up to the drive through to pay I showed the casher andthen went to go get the manager and the manger saw my phone as I was showing him and explaining it and in a rude manner he'sanswer was they don't do Uber eats. So then why is Popeyes on Ubereats if there not going to respect what they have. And on topof that they gave me drumsticks and leg thighs when I ordered tenders and they gave my mashed potatoes with gravy covered in asoda lid like really. I don't recommend this store. Read more
i came for one reason and one reason only, the hottie sauce. the line in the drive thru was hella long and my fries were spilled... over in the bottom of my bag. but other than that i have no complaints. Read more
This Popeyes Chicken is always great! The food is fresh and customer service is good. This is my favorite chicken place, but... it saddens me that the food at other locations are horrible drinks are flat and the tea is nasty. The food quality is lackingand they will give you old food and don't care. I hope they get back to their old cooking traditions. Read more
