I have avoided Wendy's for a couple of years now due to just plain poor quality. Today was pretty good. It's back on the list.
Went late on a weekday night. I ordered a meal with extra nuggets. They didn't give me the extra nuggets. When I told them, they... said that they did give them to me so I had to pull everything out of the bag to show them. The meal itself? No salt on the coldfries. The burger was thrown together. The meat was only slightly warmish. And even the drink was wrong. No idea what happenedto this place. It used to be good, but not anymore. Stay away. Read more

Me & my best friend wanted some Wendy?s so we came to this location and the service was HORRIBLE. The person taking my order was... cool but when we got to the window they didn?t have my order ready my best friends fries were cold & they cut their lights offat 11:30 PM giving the illusion as if they are close but they really close at MIDNIGHT. This location has got to be the worseWendy?s every. The guy that came to give us our order because they told us to pull up, he had snatched the bag from my bestfriend when she said her fries were cold & wanted them fresh. Us pulling up wasn?t worth the wait because later the burger mybest friend ordered was the jr bacon cheeseburger which doesn?t have mustard on it but hers did smh. I got a "in the mail coupon" for buy one get one. I enjoyed the single meat, single cheese. This was the first time I've been... to a burger chain in years. I've got to admit I was surprised at how the costs have gone up. This is true for all fast foodeateries. Enjoy . Bill Read more

Was very disappointed. Had to wait 30 minutes. Staff came to my car 3times. Cause things were wrong. Just all bad. Left... disappointed. Had to eat a cold chicken sandwich. Was given 3 nuggets in one order and only two in another. No napkins. Justsad. Read more
