My food was stale and cold and they overloaded my whoppers with way too much mayo. My kid couldn't even bite into the nuggets..... They claimed if I came back they would remake it fresh.. decided i'd rather not waste my time. $25 wasted. Read more
Stopped into the restaurant this evening, (6:57pm) for our road trip dinner as we were getting ready to get onto Interstate... 10. Restaurant was filthy dirty, chocolate on the order counter. Dining room totally empty, which if the dining room was asfilthy as it order counter it?s understandable why it was empty. Restrooms not much better. We ordered the double king sandwichmeal which were terrible!!!!! The sandwich was overloaded with mustard and pickles to the point the meat slipped off thebread. Thank goodness the French fries were good, and we had sodas. The Cashier was friendly, polite, and welcoming. Thegentleman making the food apparently didn?t want to be at work tonight as by the way he made our sandwiches. Will NOT be bad aswe travel that area quite a bit. And we do NOT recommend!!!! This was the worst Burger King experience I have ever had. I got the $5 meal deal which was a Southwest Whopper Jr. I asked for... no spicy sauce on it and when I bit into it it set my mouth on fire. I don't eat spicy. Then Willie the guy working behind thecounter thought it would be a good idea to yellow across the restaurant that I did not pay for another shake when clearly on thereceipt it said I did. Then I asked Willie for some ranch dressing for my onion rings which I had to wait for because he putfries in my bag instead of the onion rings he threw the ranch at me. I shall never return. I have been a fan of Burger King for over 40 years. And I have eaten at this location dozens upon dozens of times, usually not... very satisfied. I don't know what change has occurred, but today I got the absolute most incredibly made Whopper I have gottenin years from any Burger King. I?m giving this Burger King a 5 stars only for the customer service. Food was good. Waited for about 15 minutes before being... seen at the front. Only 2 people scheduled to work with a 15 minute wait in the drive through. The women manning the front wasincredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get good service out. She deserves a raise. Incredible service. The place was really rocking and there was one gentleman serving the drive to and the counter at the same... time. He kept a smile on his face and was very professional. Even took the time to share with us a special based on what we hadordered. He was very quick to acknowledge your presence and let you know he'd be right with you. Quite impressive. Read more
