The staff is friendly, except for this young lady here. She's got an uptight attitude and a knack for ruining the vibe inside... the store. Pretending not to notice me and taking forever to place my order and to let me pay the tab. I had to run to anotherco worker to get the food rung up. A staff member who seems to be from Arby's (or is a manager) apologized on her behalf and herco worker also apologized on her behalf. They even added in a free salad, which was a way to compensate I guess (to which Ididn't touch in order to indicate where I stand with the situation. I would've given 1 star, but the food was good and everyoneelse was nice. She didn't have a name tag on but I think I heard one of the staff members say her name, which is Daniel. I'vehad bad services at Iron Skillet and Country Pride before. However, this was the worst. She couldn't keep it together. P.S. Iwould have been more lenient on the fact that she was alone and seemed like she was a newbie, but her uptight attitude makes mefeel no sympathy, or empathy for her. Read more
After a long day of looking at houses my fiance and I stopped in for supper. An employee from the back suggested we take a seat... anyway and someone would be with us. After 15 minutes of waiting at the table, we overheard a woman with her two kids stating,she had been waiting a long time and that they were leaving, to eat at Arby's in the same building, we quickly followed suit.They didn't seem be concerned, not noticeably understaffed, because there were two employees behind the counter, a waitressbussing a table, for no one, there was nobody waiting, they had a total of three customers, my fiance and I making five. Theemployee were very good at not making eye contact. It was a disappointing experience because we were hungry. This country Pride has renewed my faith in this restaurant! Yes they only have one cook and one waitress but Jennifer was the... best server I have encountered in a long time! Friendly, polite, professional and informative of the menu. The cook has alsodone a fantastic job. We had the Goulash and Fried chicken. Very highly recommend. Today Father's Day, we were very excited to our dinner to celebrate, when we were served by a waitress Kendra, who took... everything to assist us, bring us drinks, had to ask for the refills, did not bring us additional cutlery and napkins until weasked It took the food and the soup and salad buffet there was almost nothing to be served because the food vats were almostempty. In the hour and a half we were there we did not see anyone filling them, nor checking ... The service was very slow for aday that many families, we went to dinner with family and needed a good service ... I regret having chosen them for a day liketoday ... Managers are more aware of these things that can ruin a good restaurant and instruct their employees to be better withcustomers ... Read more
