My server was sitting in her car when I walked up. She saw me walk in (I didn?t know she was my server at the time). I sat there... for about 10 minutes or so waiting to be greeted. No one was at the front. The server who was sitting in her car came in andwalked right by me not saying a word. Had earbuds in the entire time and was on a phone call most of the time. The other servercame out of the restroom and asked me what I wanted to drink and then told the other girl what I wanted. Apparently she was myserver after ignoring me this entire time. Instead of getting me my drink, she was worried about a uhaul that was parked in theempty lot. Finally about another ten minutes later I get my drink. She just set it down with no greeting. Grabs her pad to takemy order and asks if I need a menu. Fast forward to my order. She takes ANOTHER ten minutes to even tell the grill guy myorder. My food, which was great, came out quickly after she finally put the order in. But she dropped off my food and my checkat the same time. NEVER came back to check on me and was outside the entire time after that and at one pointed walked over tothe pilot with a man. I hope you guys are not paying her for this type of ?service?. I know her from another establishment andher demeanor and attitude is awful. I don?t normally post extremely detailed reviews to be a complainer, but this experience wasthe worst I?ve had at a Waffle House. Ever. Read more
I have waited since the pandemic shut everything down to come back to enjoy my favorite Waffle House dish: a waffle covered with... chili topped with onions and chilies with 4 eggs on top it all. Mmmm. Love it! Read more
Traveling and stopped to treat myself to one of my favorite meals...breakfast for lunch! This place is Very Clean! Sweetest... conversation between staff. Very supportive and respectful to each other. My meal was perfect and Amanda, my waitress, was adelight. Read more
This place just told me "we are only doing to go orders only". (2 servers working and one cook and empty restaurant) . I asked... why and the girl working there said "we can only do what we can" and I laughed and asked if this location is still 24 hrs andthey said yes 'buy we're only doing to go orders right now" . I wonder if the franchise owner is aware of this. I was so angryat the lack of concern these women had for their business and starving at the same time, I left without spending ANY money...I plan on emailing and calling the hotline which opens again on Monday to complain .. it's Saturday night and they are turningaway business. 5 stars!!! You cannot beat the service here. I am a bit hard at hearing, so you know the waitresses are great people when they... have the patience to work with your order and explain things 2 or 3 times. Great work, wish I remembered to get the waitressesname because I would have definetly wrote a great review. Read more
This place is really clean and the people that work are are super nice?. Need more waffle houses like this one
