It's rare that I'm upset with fast food service. But when I'm standing in front of the register for 10 minutes while they ignore... me to take care of drive thru... even after I ask a couple times for help ... it's simply rude. And meanwhile I see mobileorders pop up so now in the end I have to wait almost 25 minutes (!!!) to get food in an EMPTY Wendy's. Ridiculous. I'm nevercoming here again Read more
My last three visits to this location have been horrendous. The first time I ordered two salads and they didn't give me any of... the condiments, i.e. dressing, nuts, chips, salsa, sour cream and many more. The second time they didn't give me my Dave'ssingle sandwich. Tonight they didn't give me fries that I ordered; there were no strawberries in my strawberry lemonade; andthey charged me for two coupon booklets which they didn't give me and I didn't ask for. The thing these three visits have incommon, besides not giving me items I paid for, is that there were Three employees and one manager in the little drive-thru roomjust hanging out and chatting. Tonight I pulled up to the drive-thru window and paid for my meal. Several minutes later anemployee opened the window and asked me if I needed anything. I let her know that I was waiting for my food. She proceeded toprepare my drinks and give them to me. A few minutes after that another employee came to the window and asked me if I neededanything else. I Again let them know I was waiting for my food. I love Wendy's but I'm struggling in my decision to continuebeing a patron. Read more
Was at this place around 4pm today. Young kids in with their parents. 9 employees more than half of them were yelling and... cursing at each other. Had to wait about 20 minutes for our order to be done. Because everyone behind the counter weren'tdoing their jobs. Read more
I like Wendy's because their food tastes natural compared to the other fast food however at this branch many of the workers... had their hands all over the place including the register and took his bare hands and put it all over the containers the friesbox etc. They claim their boss does not require them to wear any gloves. I thought handling food you are required to weargloves if its the register only fine. When I ask why isn't the person handling the food not wearing gloves and has his hand allover containers and packaging that contain food in it after coming from the register handling money. Food came out perfect and fast but the coke machine was giving out warm sodas and had no ice. The other one that did work only... had a few types of soda in it. Other than that good clean friendly environment Read more
The most horrible day ever, $25 I didn't have for the kids and these people at Wendy's screw up the entire order! And waited... additional 12 for no reason! So upset! Read more
Gave me the wrong order after waiting for 45 minutes. Kiosk doesn?t work properly. Make us pay for an extra sandwich we didn?t... want. Food was rushed. Staff was clueless. Please Wendy?s get the team to work together. Read more
Reviewer below is spot on. This location must be for mobile orders and drive thru only. They will not serve you on the regular... line and will completely ignore you not even tell you to not bother waiting. Read more
