The owner is very racist towards his customers. The situation included a group of who had stopped there for coffee and someone... asked a genuine question the owner responded with comments such as “stupid” “idiot” in the question towards thecustomer. Furthermore, the owner of the shop progressed to say lines along the line, “go back to Brampton”. Which seemedvery uncalled. Horrible customer experience. Read more
When i came in to order i saw one of the male employees wearing slides with no socks which made me feel uncomfortable. Bathrooms... are very dirty and had a really bad smell. Read more

Pumpkin cappuccino tasted like soap. Tried it just cause I haven’t had it before. Asked to switch it for a coffee (which is... much cheaper than the latte) and he couldn’t. I even tipped on the order before that and didn’t even try to accommodate. Nocustomer satisfaction here. Will never have Coffee Time again because of this act of service. Read more
