We waited almost an HOUR to get 1 12inch pizza. 1 employee at the register and 3 making food. It is a small restaurant 6-7... tables inside and a few tables on the patio. I saw 1 delivery order go out while there, and no carry out orders. Part of thepizza was burnt, we ordered black olives on 1/2 ,only 1 slice had olives. Very clean and cosmetically appealing, it has abeautifully decorated patio with several types of plants and flowers, the bathrooms are also very clean. They sell soda by thecan which was not good in this situation because I purchased my soda with my pizza not knowing my food would take such a longtime, my can of soda was very warm by the time I got my food. I was offered a cup of ice by the employee at the register....thatwould have resulted in melted ice water or watered down soda, by the time my food arrived. I would suggest leasing a sodamachine and allowing refills. It would also be helpful to let the patron know you are running behind/expected wait time,encourage/advertise call ahead for dine in. Really delicious pizza. Everything is homemade and I mean everything. They also deliver to Edgerton and nobody else does. My... only complaint is our toppings always slide right off. We've tried waiting to eat thinking it's too hot. Tried using aspatula. Just nothing works. So, maybe the crust is too thin to support the toppings or too much sauce or the dough might havebeen overstretched. I'm not sure. It's definitely not going to stop me because it's seriously good. Just wanted to mentionit. Edit. We've had them a few times since and haven't had an issue with toppings sliding. We've also kept it at 2-3 toppingsat the most. Delicious pizza. Read more

This is some seriously good pizza! You don?t often find this high quality in a small town, but it?s worth a drive if you are... anywhere in the area. Not a huge place, but big flavors and a unique menu of Neapolitan style pizza. Other specials too and evenbreakfast on Sundays. Read more

We got used to fire oven and specialty pies while living in New England, so it was an amazing surprise to find such a great... pizza place in Baldwin when we moved here. The cheese sticks are my favorite thing on the menu, but I honestly haven't had onebad thing yet. My favorite spot in town! Read more

Pizza is delicious and service is something special. Actually the pizza is pretty special too. The pies aren't huge, so... splitting more than 3 ways isn't going to work. Get the margarita pizza, it's crazy good. When you can satisfy with arguably themost basic pizza invented, you've got a gift. The staff is warm, welcoming, wants you to have a great experience. There areboard games and little activities for kids and adults while you wait (and you will, because fresh pizza needs a minute). Thewhole place feels like you've wandered into the house of a distant cousin and it turns out they are awesome. Will definitelymake the 40 minute drive again sometime soon. Read more

I live close to here and have passed this place several times thinking to myself, I'm going to try this out sometime. Well... today was the day. I took my daughter and her friends for lunch. They had a buffet set up that was wonderful. Asked what kind ofpizza we wanted when we got in the door. The wood fired brick oven makes all the difference in this pizza. The crust was light, airy and crispy all at the same time. Reminds me of what a good NY style pizza is. All the ingredients were all high qualityand fresh. The salad bar was great too. All nice and fresh with good greens. I will have to say I will definitely be back manytimes. If you haven't tried this place you need to stop by. Excellent.!!!!!!!!!! Read more

There is pizza and there is wood oven pizza. Flatlanders is the way pizza is meant to be eaten. This isn't frozen or packaged... dough with ketchup for their sauce like you get at the Hut or Dom's. Flatlanders dough is their own recipe and tossed fresh.Their ingredients and toppings are local (some from their own garden). How do I know? Ask the owners! They are there whipping itup right in front of you. Very friendly service and they like to talk about pizza with one and all. Delicious!! Worth the drive. Read more
