Customer service sucks, I ordered a steak burrito, server tries to serve me fajitas that's old and dried up, I ask for fresh... veggies, I'm told this is what we have, and thats it, do you still want this burrito. This location has gone above and beyond for me. I had ordered delivery through their app but unfortunately, I had a very... unpleasant experience. This experience wasn't on them but on the third-party delivery service they used. My family received ourorder not only incomplete but without a sealed bag which was a red flag to me. One of the food containers was also tamperedwith. I called Chipotle immediately and a very nice employee assisted me with the issue at hand. Although it wasn't on them, sheapologized for the bad experience and took it upon herself to call the delivery company and help resolve the issue. Any otherplace would have directed me to call myself and resolve it. I'm VERY pleased with how this employee handled it. We ordered asecond time and to our surprise, she hooked us up with free chips and guacamole. They didn't have to but this shows how theytake care of their customers. First time visiting a Chipotle. Arrived at this location before lunch time just to learn they did not have any cheese,... guacamole, corn, or receipt paper. Location not managed well, food with limited options was nothing special. Will not bereturning to this location or likely a Chipotle. Read more
