This location has gone above and beyond for me. I had ordered delivery through their app but unfortunately, I had a very... unpleasant experience. This experience wasn't on them but on the third-party delivery service they used. My family received ourorder not only incomplete but without a sealed bag which was a red flag to me. One of the food containers was also tamperedwith. I called Chipotle immediately and a very nice employee assisted me with the issue at hand. Although it wasn't on them, sheapologized for the bad experience and took it upon herself to call the delivery company and help resolve the issue. Any otherplace would have directed me to call myself and resolve it. I'm VERY pleased with how this employee handled it. We ordered asecond time and to our surprise, she hooked us up with free chips and guacamole. They didn't have to but this shows how theytake care of their customers. First time visiting a Chipotle. Arrived at this location before lunch time just to learn they did not have any cheese,... guacamole, corn, or receipt paper. Location not managed well, food with limited options was nothing special. Will not bereturning to this location or likely a Chipotle. Read more
I?m a frequent chipotle customer, and I was so pleased with my experience at this location that I was excited to write this... review. All employees were busy, and what looked to be like the manager stepped in to give them a hand. At one point one of theemployees asked how to prepare an item that was ordered and she was so kind to him and helped him learn. I know it seems kind ofinsignificant, but I?ve been in situations where managers treat new employees so poorly. The food was so delicious and therestaurant was clean; good vibes! The restrooms were also well kept and the drinks were well stocked. It?s also really close tothe freeway. 10/10 recommend. Read more
Consistently overstaffed yet find only two hands for the line while BOH milks each restocking task they can create. Line... employees create one menu item at a time rather than build orders simultaneously and inefficiency plagues this establishmentalong with the embarrassing fact that this team is unable to wrap a regular sized non modified burrito. This chipotle is the best location in the area! recently moved out of the area but for 2 years I would find my self here almost... every day. Not sure why but it felt like their meat, food, and guac was always fresh.
