I put 1 star because i had to put something to put a review. The two you men that were there, a tall big one and a little guy... with earrings, gave us the worst service i have ever had. We went to the drive through because the dining room was locked after10 AM, when they're supposed to be open. These two employees have attitude and ignored me when i knocked, because the doors werestill locked at around 11. DO NOT GO HERE, if you like any kind of service, that is even decent. This is the worst Del Taco location I have ever visited! The drive thru staff are very rude and incompetent. Don?t go here if... you?re expecting decent service. They gave us attitude when we asked why the dining room doors were closed despite it being past10 AM, which is when they?re supposedly open. They asked us to park to wait for our order. We waited for half an hour. Mybrother-in-law knocked at one of their doors, which the staff member who had charged us at the window and asked us to parkcompletely ignored even though he was sitting a couple of feet by the door. He called out that they were closed. It was almost11 AM! We drove through the drive thru again and lo and behold, our order was sitting there bagged and waiting for us. The guyat the window lied and said he had just arrived and pretended to not know anything even though he literally gave us our drinksthe first time. He said he couldn?t give us staff names and he blamed the cook (?stupid lady?) for the delay. He also couldn?texplain why their dining room doors are closed. They also got our orders wrong and our food was cold. It?s crazy that a hugecorporation like Del Taco can have such horrible service like this. Edit: A previous review from 6 months ago included a photoof a rude staff member and mentioned his name is Daniel. That is the same person who charged us, gave attitude about theirdining hours and ignored us at the door. How is he still working there???? Read more
Though we love del taco, the quality that comes out of this location is a bit disappointing. The staff is friendly but the... meals are a bit under par. We do on occasion get food that is warm and delicious and not thrown together with correctproportions... but these times are, sadly, the exception to the rule. Read more
I went on a day when they are not open 24 hours. I thought it was always 24 hours. All the lights were on as if they were open.... I sat at the drive thru spot to order for about 2 or 3 minutes then drove to the window. The guy inside glanced at me and thenkept doing what he was doing. I sat there another few min then he looked at me again, still nothing. I was about to drive awaythen he turned and waved to say they were not open. As I pulled out I saw the sign indicating what days they were open 24hrs. Ijust wish the lights would be off to show they are closed and the guy would have just said they were closed when he 1st lookedat me. The times I have eaten here it was prepped good and I enjoyed it. They don't even deserve a star at all. When my friend and I pulled up we had poor service and the guy was really rude. Then we... pulled up to get our food and the guy looked super unhappy like he hated his life so we tried to cheer him up but he was sooserious and we just drove off. We then realized that we didn't get any napkins nor a straw for our drink... whatever. I had 2chicken soft tacos with easy secret sauce that were super salty and a new crunchtada that I actually liked while my friend had acombo meal of the spicey chicken burrito and she disliked cuz said the rice was hard and undercooked. Right after I finished myfood i started having major cramps and got immediately sick with diarrea and throwing up which lasted a couple days. Clearly Igot food poisoning. I don't trust this place at all anymore and the worst service there Don't know how they are still inbusiness with so many bad reports. Read more
The meat was cold I ordered 6 tacos 2 for myself and three for my siblings. This is unacceptable we could get sick, why is the... meat cold? I only live 3 minutes away and it was freezing cold when I opened it to consume. Read more
Pandemic review: lunch time (takeout) Biggest and nicest Del Taco I've ever seen Very clean inside and outside Lots of be... workers alert to a customer being inside The kitchen was a little smokey with oil, the fan may need maintenance. I love theThursday lunch/night chicken soft taco special. The grilled chicken at Del Taco is always good!!! The tacos were like any otherDel Taco I've been to. I used to love Del Taco as a Kid, food was great, service was good and everything was just great but ever since then now the... quality of the food was just not good whatsoever. For example, the Chili Cheese fries that I had ordered had pieces of groundbeef and they werent even small pieces they were chunks like something you would feed a dog heck I wouldn't even give it to mydog and no chili whatsoever fries weren't good. The burger super soggy and just inedible again not good at all. The service notso great either. Second time and last since quality switched up never coming back, I would have given this rating no stars if Icould. Read more
