This is a mixed review. Went to Baldwin Parks Panda Express Saturday night Oct 22nd about 9pm. I started to place my order.... However, as I started to order the bowls. Some of the items I requested. Which was walnut shrimp, chow mein, and the ragoons.The associate said "we're out of that, we're out of those too". So I said really you ran out? She said yes. So I order the friedrice in the bowls. As I got to the window to pay I saw some walnut shrimp an employee was placing in a box. I ask the young lady her name was Ashley "wait you have walnut shrimp and she said yes it just came out. I said the lady that took my order said youwere out. I then asked if they had chow mein and ragoons. She said yes, but they're cooking them and will be ready in about 5mins. I said why didn't the lady that took my order just say that they were cooking and it'd be a little bit? I would've saidyes I'll waited. Ashley apologized several times saying yes the other associate should of told you they cooking again myapologies. Ashley was very kind and remedied the problem. However, I feel the lady that took my order should of been the one toapologize. Anyways, like I said mixed review here. I'm writing this review to praise and thank Ashley for going above andbeyond to make sure the customer (me) left happy. Read more
