3127 Baldwin Park. The guy cashier at this location is horrible. He has no clue about customer service. I noticed that everyone... else working at this location feel intimidated by him; they let him run the show that's how intimidate he is and looks like.He's the big tall guy. Today was the second time I had to deal with him. I gave him my name and he said, I don't have nothinghere with that name after checking the bags. I was like really? He didn't try at all to help me, so I stepped out side and afterchecking that I called the right location I when back. At this time the rude cashier was on the fryer, so I talked to thisother guy and I'm no lying when I say that he was afraid to help. I told him what I ordered and he found me. Finally I can eat!Moral of the story WINGSTOP CEO. Stop employing people like this. Life is hard enough, and having to deal with people like thisemployee it's just unfair, specially if I'm paying for my food. Also how hard it must be to work with this individual, oh Godno! Just placed an order and only received half of it. Missing 25pcs of Garlic Parm wings and 12 rolls. No one answers the phone to... help. Horrible service! Never again!! Completely unprofessional to ignore customers. Very disappointing and discouraged to evergo there again. Will highly recommend people to NOT visit this establishment! Read more
Ordered large ranch and they refused to give me a large ranch. Have never had this problem at any other wingstop.
usually everytime I order wing stop they have always gotten my order wrong, I've been going to this location for 6 years and... each time they've gotten it wrong. Yet I've given them more chances, but this was my breaking point. As soon as I got home Iopened the wings, to which I ordered two 10 wings, one Hawaiian and the other original spicy. In total they were supposed to betwenty wings, but they were only around 15 in total. To include, they were for my family, we were surprised when it turned outto be mango habanero and some random dry flavor. They had no flavor and they were skinny, it's like we were eating theleftovers. I will not be coming back to the location due to how much frustration I've gone through. Read more
