The food was good at best. The service and atmosphere was mediocre at best. Only one person waiting a whole section (which... looked like a total of 13 tables but only 5 parties at the time). As someone who used to work in the chilis & in the restaurant industry, it?s annoying when you order something and they always... forget the minor thing every time. I try to give benefit of the doubt but I get the same thing everytime (chicken bacon ranchquesadilla) and it?s suppose to come with the ancho ranch sauce. Like mentioned, I used to work at a chilis so I know whatsauces come with what and it?s like the signature sauce for the quesadillas and they forget to put it EVERY TIME. Like everytime, they put the regular ranch and pico de gallo but never the ancho ranch. Take it off your menu if you?re not gonna put itin to go i?m tired of always asking in the notes or telling them in person please just add the one sauce it?s not that hard . Read more
I havent been to Chili's in a while, i was pleasantly surprised! My waitress was a very nice and professional with a great... attitude and keen eye for detail. She refilled my soda and literally as i was taking my last sip it was in my hand. The food wasamazing and i couldnt believe how amazing the prices were. Great service and speedy! I got nervous when I sat down and realized that coming during the Friday dinner rush with an impatient... toddler was probably a bad idea. But I was shocked how fast the food came out! The wait staff and manager were very attentive.Our toddler was happy and so busy eating his grilled cheese that I was actually able to eat my whole meal without rushing(parent life)! Haven?t been here in a few years. Went around 6pm on 11/26/22. Place was packed, we were told 30 min wait. It was only 15 mins.... Service was the fastest and best it?s been in years. Quality of food was fine, wait staff were all pleasant and attentive. Read more
