Actually had a 5 star review for them as they "USED TO BE" a pizza place that let you order a few slices over the phone and used... to be met with a friendly (peppinos how can I help). However now am no longer able to order a slice over the phone the man saidi do not accept slice orders over the phone you have to come in. I refuse to spend 20 minutes to drive just to order a slice ortwo that could be waiting for me at my one time favorite pizza place however the manner in from the "young guy" on the phonesaid I don't take slice orders on the phone. To which I called the day before and spoke to what I think was the original ownerlet me order slices just a couple of days before hand. It's as if my calling in and asking for service was a burden. This is notideal and I thought that this company was respectful to other companies who patron them but I was met with disregard and I wentin to The store just in case it was a brand new rule however ignored me the whole time and helped literally the customer next tome instead of looking at who was waiting for over 15 minutes with a look as if I was some kind of leopar Read more

We have been sporadic patrons of Peppinos for awhile now. Food is consistently very good. I agree with other reviewers on the... personalities of some of the staff. Although it has never been directed toward me, I feel badly for the customers and staff whoare on the other end of the wrath. I could never work under those conditions. I understand that everyone has taken a hit sinceCovid, but in the food service industry, "service" plays a big role in success. I hope the owners and workers who treat the nicestaff and customers inappropriately in my opinion, consider changing how they are coming across to the public. It is reallyuncomfortable to wait for food and watch this go on. Maybe I will wait awhile before going back to see if there is a difference.It is a real shame because the food is good quality. If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order at 5pm to be delivered at 6:30. Now if you can?t adhere to set... delivery times, then don?t have that option. With that being said, my order came after 7:30. I called around 7 And they told meit was out for delivery. It arrived cold and frankly their food is mediocre for this area. We like trying different pizzaplaces, it?s become a game in the household and we are rarely disappointed. My toddler, who is normally getting ready for bed at7:30, was pushed to her limits. Not only was she hungry at this point but now it was past her bedtime. Unacceptable service. Isuggest you fix your website and remove the specific delivery time option. I remembered going there in 2019 after I had a good workout biking. The food was great but I did not the policy at all where if... you refill your drink, you will by charge a dollar and to me it is a rip off simply when there is a soda machine in front of youwhen you can just refill it which should have been for free. If the owner is concerned about people refilling at soda machines,they should just have a soda machine behind the register where the foods are and let the staff pour the drinks to customers. $1is a rip off simply for refilling a drink on your own when there are many other fast food areas that allow you to refill yoursoda at the soda machine for free. Great atmosphere, food is excellent. The regular pizza is thin, crispy and good amount of cheese. The Sicilian is the best in... the area, trust me I would know. Joe treats you like family.
