Continuesly giving me the wrong orders, always missing items I ordered. Never making the drinks right and waiting 20 minutes at... a time in the drive thru. Then getting an attitude from most of the staff, also they never answer the phone when you call totalk to a manager. This dunkin is by far the worst one around. Read more
Staff was nice and attentive but they were out of two main deli meats mid day on a Saturday.
Today, at 11:30 we stopped after my 2 daughter?s practice and spent over $20. We were cashed out by a young brunette, ?Ashley?... on my receipt, rude and mean. I don?t understand how you could pay someone like that $16 per hr and she treats customers likeshe hates them, she was probably the rudest person I?ve ever had interact with us, it was not busy. I asked for cream and sweetn low so I could add it to my coffee, she didn?t ask me what I wanted in it when I ordered it, and that?s fine, but don?t gethuffy snd roll your eyes when I ask for cream and sugar! How?HOW could you let someone like this serve people? We were the onlyones in there, it?s not like she was busy. I ordered a dark roast and it was cold, so I said, this is cold, so I?ll just haveregular coffee if it?s hot. She rolled her eyes at me again, first time was when I asked for the receipt. Then she put severalthings in one small little bag, my daughter grabbed it, so I thought I was still waiting on my breakfast sandwich. She gave mean evil eye and said, ,?do you need anything else?, uh. No?it would?ve been nice if she kindly said she smashed a donut, bagel wcream cheese snd breakfast sandwich in that tiny bag, but she just put it on the gate, she obviously hates people and shouldeither be trained on how to treat customers, or find a job digging ditches or something where she doesn?t ruin people?s day withher attitude and rotten demeanor. I received a free beverage. I went to the 2244 Downer street location, thru the drive-thru, at 4:43pm on Memorial Day, May 31,... 2021. I started my order saying I want a large Frozen Chai Latte. I was asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened vanilla,which confused me, frozen chai comes sweetened. The below picture is Not a frozen chai latte. I parked and went inside to saythis was not a frozen chai. I was told both girls heard 'iced. The girl who took my order gave attitude. I also did not receivea receipt.
