Went threw drive threw waited in the long line ordered our meals I got the chalupa meal and a extra burrito my wife got a soft... supreme taco and a burrito got home and there were no chulupas they forgot the main part .looked for a phone number on thereceipt there wasn?t one and there isn?t one listed on the web site either it is now close to 1 am I?m not about to drive backto store to have them fix the problem and have to wait in another line I essentially paid 25 bucks for 2 soft tacos and 2burritos that were on the smaller side than usual very disappointed Read more
Edit: Ownership responded and I trust they will improve service. Thank you. Updated review to 5 stars because otherwise service... and food is good. Original review: Paper bag + hot food + snow = food all over your porch. STOP PUTTING delivery orders inpaper bags. Use plastic like every other restaurant does for deliveries. If we were pre-covid and contactless wasn't an option,it would be acceptable. But, we live in Upstate New York, and the delivery drivers leave it on your porch, which usually hassnow or ice on it this time of year. Read more
I rarely make reviews let alone bad ones. I also work in a resturant so I try to give the benifit of the doubt. But I have NEVER... had a good experience here. Usually its just my food being made wrong, which is an easy fix. However last time I was there itwas super slow, I order my food and its wrong. I go up and patiently waited for the cashier to be done or for someone to comeover. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 10 MINUTES while employees stared at me and just walked by me while loudly saying they didnthave time to help me and its not their problem. Not only that but a worker who was there before her shift clocked in early tohelp me because she saw what was happening. After she got them to remake my food, the only other 2 tables in the resturant alsocame up because their food was wrong. Then tonight I grubhubbed and got a crunch wrap supreme. I put no tomatoes or sourcream.It was literally just nacho cheese. Which I love nacho cheese but I am not trying to spend 6$ for it. I ordered at the drive through at lunch time. I ordered the chalupa meal. I asked for no ice, and ice was in my drink. I live 2... miles from the restaurant, and went directly home. I immediately opened my order. It was cold AGAIN! This is the 2nd time thishas happened to me. I heated my meal in the microwave so it was warm to eat. I looked for a phone number to contact the storedirectly to let them know the issue without success. I like the food at Taco Bell, but I would like to have it hot without meheating it for myself. Long wait in drive thru, missing items from order. Went inside to get missing items and the girl asked for my name and put it... into the system then walked away. Creating another long, long wait. Pitiful amount of nacho fries. Asked for burritos to begrilled extra and they were not grilled. Asked for fire sauce and revived 20+ packets of sauce for 5 items. This taco bell is great when they are taking orders? i have been here multiple times on friday around 1am-1:30am when they are... listed as being open until 2am and given multiple excuses as to why they are not serving food. I have been told twice that anemployee had gotten sick around the food ( i hope not true) and so they were closed and also that they simply closed at 1am?. Ifthis place is always closed at 1am they need to update their hours rather than lying to customers for an easy night. Read more
