I decided to try Twin Trees when everyone else is raising prices and not allowing any changes to their "specials" even for an... additional cost (seems odd, but ok..) Ordered their special that included wings large pie with one topping and it was excellent! I forgot how good their pizza is! My family is odd, they prefer boneless wings and they were crispy and perfection! We're alsoodd as we are a Sausage family vs pepperoni. The sausage was great! Very flavorful! Didn't break the bank! The owners of this business are extremely rude unprofessional and do not deserve anyone’s business. All we did today was try... to cash it out a credit after they burned our pizza back in December. At that time my wife told them that she had Cancer Andneeded the delivery person to drop the pizza off in front of the house. Today they tell me that they cannot cash in my creditbecause it was past a month which I have never heard of any Twintrees in other areas doing that. On top of that they never toldus we had a month. When I asked to speak to the owner a rude man came on the phone claiming that we were using a cancer card toget a deal on our last orders back in December. Come to find out the person I was originally talking to was his wife and hebelieved her. I will never order from twin trees Baldwinsville in any way shape or form. Anyone with cancer should not orderfrom them as they treat you Like a second-class citizen. In fact my wife does he have stage cancer And she only wanted to besocially distanced on the delivery not special treatment. It is very sad that nowadays places like this treat people this way.All they needed to do was fill the order and give the credit that they promised. My wife and I recently moved to the Bville area. We eat at all the local restaurants. We never think to order from Twin Trees.... We ordered pizza and wings today. I order from here atleast once a week. This is the 2nd time within a month that there’s been hair in our food! It’s happened... in the past as well, we stopped ordering for awhile and decided to start ordering again because when there isn’t hair in ourfood, it’s good! Last time it was a long strand in the pizza … this time was a short (possibly a beard hair) stuck to mychicken wing! Absolutely disgusting! Sick to my stomach! The cheese garlic bread was burned on the bottom and it tasted horrible. They said they would bring new garlic bread but to... wait another hour was too late since we would be finished with our wings and salads. I asked for a substitute like maybe adessert or even a credit for next time. The miserable lady I ke to would do neither. I usually use the Twin Trees in Bayberrywith the best service ever..I will never order from the Baldwinsville location because myself and my family are verydisappointed in the quality and customer service. Pizza was good. Wings were terrible. They didn't listen to how I asked them to be cooked, I asked for crispy, they were slimy... and just gross. They only put 3 small slices of celery in each bag. I have never in my life seen a pizza place skimp out oncelery like these guys did. Logged online went to their direct website. Ordered their deal which showed 37 bucks and then thelady say's "oh we never updated our prices but the price went up a year ago, it's 47 now" - absolutely insane how a companydoesn't see an issue with not having correct pricing.
