Out of the Sonics I have visited, this one has the kindest staff/car hops. I would give this a better rating but like other... sonic locations, they seem to be out of items like onion rings & others each time we visit. In my opinion the absolute worstSonic to visit is the Booneville, MS location. If you have a choice always choose Baldwyn Sonic over Booneville (these folks areALWAYS out of certain food/drinks plus the price is way to expensive for what you actually get). If Baldwyn, MS Sonic would getback to having everything they advertise it would out rank all others. Still, as of now, they are my top choice for service. Read more
So I know I'm new to the city and everything but I had NO IDEA THE FLYS we're apart of the new menu as well as nonchalant... customer service. So I order chilli cheese toto's and dog and when I tell you everything had DEAD FLYS IN them. Like what thehell....so even going back up there do you think they threw it away that would be a no.... I wish I could give less than a 1 star. All prices are higher than other Sonics (which is fine). The grounds are unkept and... signs are in shambles. Lawn is unmowed and they don't even have ice cream available. Trash all over the premises and poorattitudes. Whoever owns this franchise should immediately turn it over to a more responsible owner and if it's corporate ownedI hope someone from HQ sees this. I don't rant like this often, but it's well earned in this case. Read more
We waited at least 30 minutes for our food on mother's day. They did not seem very busy at the time we there, the employees just... kept telling us "I'm so sorry, everything is being cooked fresh for your order it'll be right up" we were told that at leasttwice..... When the food came we had to leave pretty quickly and once I start passing food out in the car I noticed everythingwas cold. The fries were so old they must've been sitting for hours and they were cold. Nugget were over cooked rock hard, andstill they were cold. The burgers were cold the cheese was cold as it would be in a refrigerator.... EVERYTHING in our order wascold and old. Such sucked since we were told everything would be fresh.... No. Nothing was fresh nothing was even slightly warm!Not impressed with this location, and my husband tipped them very friendly generously not knowing how awful the food would be. Read more
My sausage breakfast toaster from here was fresh & delicious this morning. However, the tots were hard & cold. I didn?t have... time to ask for the tots to be remade because I was in a hurry. Those in the food industry should definitely keep up with howlong something has sat out before they give it to a customer. Other than the bad tots, it wasn't a bad visit. Read more
Took 25 minutes to get milkshakes and small blast. Then the peanut butter shake was ice cream with pb stirred in. Could not eat... or drink. Blast was ice cream with cookie dough sprinkled on top, none stirred into it. I will not go back to this location! Read more
Me and family stop to get some lunch here today because we have been driving since last night from Illinois , and wanted... something quick and easy so we could get back on the road , and I tell you that was the rudest service I've ever had . Yourcustomer service act like you have some manners. It doesn't take much to be nice to someone . I will never be stopping here everagain . Then they forgot part of our food and drinks.
